Positive Discipline and Responding to Challenging Behavior

In this virtual workshop, parents will strengthen their understanding of their children’s behavior, discipline, and other appropriate limits. Parents will gain an understanding of the reason behind some challenging behaviors. We will also discuss strategies to guide positive behavior and responses.

Following the workshop, a Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) Meeting will be held. The purpose of the PAC Meeting is for parents enrolled in the Family Child Care Home Education Network (FCCHEN) Program to come together virtually to receive clarification on program policies, provide input on workshop topics, discuss topics regarding children’s health and development, and meet other families participating in the FCCHEN Program.
