DESCRIPTION:Café de Cuidadores Sea Amable Consigo: Llenando su balde\n\n\nThe intention of this café is for caregivers to reflect on and discuss their experiences with showing kindness to themselves (filling their buckets) and to create a network of support with other caregivers. \nA light breakfast will be provided for participants. \nLa intención de este café es que los cuidadores reflexionen y conversen sobre sus experiencias al mostrarse amabilidad a sí mismos (llenando sus propios “baldes” o “cántaros”) y crear una red de apoyo con otros cuidadores. \nSe les dará un desayuno ligero a los participantes.
