CHS offers an online family fee payment option for the convenience of parents and guardians. Family fees are due to CHS by the first (1st) day of every month and are to be paid in advance of using child care each month. Families who are required to pay a family fee are issued a Notice of Action (NOA) that lists the monthly fee that will be charged. The NOA indicates the amount that is required for full time care (130 hours or more per month) and for part time care (less than 130 hours per month). Please be advised that family fees are based on your certified need for care, not your actual care usage. You are responsible for any additional fees incurred from online payments that are returned or rejected due to insufficient funds. Failure to pay family fees on time will result in the issuance of a dis-enrollment NOA.

Once your payment is processed by CHS staff, you will be mailed a pre-numbered receipt via United States Postal Service (USPS) to the address CHS has on file as your mailing address that includes the amount paid, the date of payment, the rate of payment, and the period of service for which payment was received.
