The CARE (Compliance and Regulatory Enforcement) Tool is a checklist used by LP As during inspections. It is designed to ensure that inspections are consistent and thorough across the state. The tool focuses on key health and safety regulations. While the CARE tool doesn’t cover every single regulation\, it highlights the most critical ones. We will demystify the requirements and provide practical strategies to help you “ace” your next visit from Community Care Licensing. You will leave this workshop with a clear action plan\, valuable resources\, and the peace of mind that comes from bei ng thoroughly prepared for a successful annual inspection.
