Throughout the pandemic, CHS remains dedicated to providing resources and services to help communities during this unprecedented time.

CHS lobbies are open and available between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for you to submit documents or schedule a document pick-up. CHS continues to care deeply about the health and safety of our clients and our staff; therefore, we require appointments for in-person meetings, to ensure that we can make the appropriate health and safety accommodations.
CHS continues to provide services via phone, email, and mail (including utilization of office drop boxes that provide a contactless drop off option). We encourage email communication at the following centralized emails so that our team can respond to your inquiry as soon as possible:
